Important Payroll Notice, effective Jan. 2024

The Auditor’s office processes payroll for more than 700 elected officials, including constitutional officers, Supreme Court justices, judges, legislators, prosecuting attorneys, deputy prosecutors and the Auditor’s office staff. Our current payroll software system expires in 2025; a transition to a new payroll software system is imperative. In order to secure a smooth transition, the Auditor’s office will begin conversion to a new system in January 2024. The most notable change for employees is a transition from the current semi-monthly payroll cycle to a bi-weekly payroll cycle.
