If you received a letter from me, congratulations! You have unclaimed property.
The Arkansas Legislature passed Act 114 of 2025 authorizing me to match you with your unclaimed property without you having to find and submit a claim. In 8-10 weeks, you should receive your check in the mail. You do not have to do anything else unless your address is incorrect or you are owed more than $1,000.
If your address in incorrect, please call 1-800-252-4648 or email [email protected]. If your letter states you are owed more than $1,000, please follow the instructions provided on the accompanying claim form, section B.
