The Continuing Education Coordinator manages the continuing education fund balances and pays program expenses for all of Arkansas’s County Clerks, County Circuit Clerks, County Treasurers and County Collectors. By working in cooperation with the Association of Arkansas Counties, Arkansas county officials are provided a continuing education program to assist with their ongoing training and professional development. Continuing education funds for these county organizations are subject to appropriation by the Arkansas General Assembly.
